To snag your spot in the dino timeline, we suggest booking your bash at least 30 days ahead - our weekends get booked faster than a Velociraptor can run! Lock in your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit of your chosen dino package. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 24 hours before your event start time

Got a dino dilemma? No worries! You can postpone or cancel your epic dino party with Roarsome Entertainment up to 7 days before the big day. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, we're all about flexibility! You can transfer your deposit to another date within 12 months for the same roarsome package, availability permitting.

If we have to cancel for any reason (like a T-Rex break out), we'll make it right by refunding your entire deposit.

In case of rainy weather on the day of your outdoor event, we'll have to cancel the festivities to keep our dino friends comfortable and everyone safe. But don't worry, your deposit will be fully refunded. We're here to help reschedule your roarsome adventure for a sunnier day!
