What areas do you serve?

Roarsome Entertainment proudly serves Syracuse, NY, and surrounding areas within a 2 hours radius. Depending on your location, there may be a trip charge. Not sure if we service your area? Contact us to check availability for your location!

 

How far in advance should I book to secure my preferred date and time?

To snag your spot in the dino timeline, we suggest booking your bash at least 30 days ahead - our weekends get booked faster than a Velociraptor can run! Lock in your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit of your chosen dino package. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 24 hours before your event start time

 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Got a dino dilemma? No worries! You can postpone or cancel your epic dino party with Roarsome Entertainment up to 7 days before the big day. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, we're all about flexibility! You can transfer your deposit to another date within 12 months for the same roarsome package, availability permitting.

If we have to cancel for any reason (like a T-Rex break out), we'll make it right by refunding your entire deposit.

 

What types of events do you cater to?

We cater to a wide range of events, including birthday parties, school events, community festivals, corporate events, family reunions, educational programs, and more.

Can I customize a package for my event?

Absolutely! We understand that every event is unique, and we love tailoring our experiences to fit your specific needs. Simply contact us with your event details, and our team will work closely with you to create a customized package that aligns with your theme and budget.

 

Do you provide educational content during the encounters?

Education is at the heart of what we do. During our encounters, guests will learn fascinating facts about dinosaurs and the prehistoric world. We also offer hands-on junior dinosaur training, interactive games, and feeding sessions for a fully immersive and educational experience.

 

What if there are more than 12 children attending my child's party?

Our birthday packages offer an unforgettable adventure for up to 12 young explorers, ensuring that each guest has ample opportunity to engage in all the activities. Looking to host a larger Jurassic celebration? No problem! For every group of 5 additional children, the cost is just $30. Make your party a larger-than-life experience with our tailored options for extra guests.

 

Can our event be outdoors?

Absolutely! Your event can definitely be set outdoors. Let's bring the prehistoric excitement right into your backyard or any outdoor venue of your choice. Just make sure there's a covered and well-shaded area for our dino handler to ensure they stay cool while making your event unforgettable.

 

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

Unfortunately, our dinosaurs are not fans of the rain! In case of rainy weather on the day of your outdoor event, we'll have to cancel the festivities to keep our dino friends comfortable and everyone safe. But don't worry, your deposit will be fully refunded. We're here to help reschedule your roarsome adventure for a sunnier day!

 

Is the experience safe for kids?

Safety is our top priority. Our team of professional performers ensures that every dinosaur encounter is not only secure but also incredibly fun! We're experts at tailoring the thrill level to match the comfort zone of all our young explorers, from gentle dino meet and-greets to heart-racing T-Rex encounters.

 

What is your policy on tipping?

Our team works tirelessly to ensure your event is nothing short of spectacular, and while tipping is not required, it is greatly appreciated. If you feel our dino handlers and performers have made your event extra special, a tip is a wonderful way to say thank you. However, the choice to tip is entirely up to you and should be based on your satisfaction with the experience we provide.
